We take a professional set of photos of your property, and the listing goes live on Airbnb within days. Every guest is welcomed with a guidebook and welcome basket, and can reach us at any hour. Between stays, professional cleaning and every service provider (gardener, pool, maintenance) are coordinated by us — no calls for you to make.

Our story

Real estate and architecture have always been our passion. In France, we renovated and rented out our own apartments — an experience that taught us what truly makes the difference between a property that rents well and one that stagnates: presentation, upkeep, day-to-day rigour.

Arriving in Marrakech, we discovered a market full of potential: exceptional villas and riads that deserve rental management as refined as their character. Maison Minara was born from this conviction — bringing owners the same standard we would demand for our own properties.
